DALLAS — Kyle Kuzma is set to be one of the top available players in free agency after declining his $13 million player option with the Washington Wizards. With the team rebuilding after trading Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingis, the expectation is that Kuzma will join a new team this offseason.

Kuzma, 28, has established strong value for himself since being traded to the Wizards. He is coming off a 2022-23 campaign averaging 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in 35.0 minutes per game. With an expanded role in Washington, he set new single-season career-bests in points and assists per game.
